jealous depression

about this girl i spent a great day with - but has a boyfriend

how can i get rid of....or cope/deal with that jealous depressing feeling

hes over at her house.....they are alone together ...............alone together............alone.......... i dont even want to THINK about that

You simply just have to accept the fact that she is in a relationship. There are plenty of single girls out there that you can meet, if you want to. If you are too occupied with this girl, you won't meet anyone else.

There is no rush, anyhow. Things will happen when they are meant to happen. Slowly, your jealousy will ease off. Just give it time, and try to appreciate the fact you get to be friends with such a great girl.

i woke up in the middle of the night twice, i tossed and turned....i just cant get over it. is there anything i can do for myself to ease this?

and i realize she is a great girl but i really neet to beyond that - in my mind at least

Time is the only thing that will make things easier for you here.

I know that sounds like some lousy advice, but it really is true. Over time, it will start to get easier and easier to deal with. Hang in there.
