can swallowing from a pre-op cause any hormonal changes?

I'm not sure how stupid this is going to sound, but I really don't know this, so I am asking.

I am a 24 year old straight male also into pre-op transexuals(male to female). I am currently seeing a pre-op woman and we fool around several times a day. We also like to play cum swallowing games.

Now I was wondering, when I swallow from her, do I also swallow any of the hormones that she is taking? Also, if I was, would they be in a high enough level to cause any changes in me?

I'm a power lifter, so I am worried that the hormones might effect my strength, or other parts of my body.

Can someone please help me out with my question?
