On line love does not want to meet in person

I have been talking to them for three years now. Everyday twice a day.

I am so devistated. I thought we agreed to meet. We had it all planned out at the last minute they could not due to not having time to. What should I do? I love them, I think they love me.

tell him/her how you feel might be that there too shy might be that there not who they say they are = you have to be careful things arent always what they seem neither are people for that matter just confront the person your with and tell them that you want to meet but dont rush them some people like to take things slow.
