Emotional problems

I have had emotional problems for several years now and

it has crippled me socially. It is extremely hard for me to approach

women and ,at 29 years of age, it has taken its toll on me. It's even hard for me to look a girl in the eye. I just want out of this prison. Any advice would be helpful.

If you really want something you have to overcome any obstacle. Are you scare of rejection? Don't worry it happens to everybody. You atleast have to try. You have nothing to loose and alot to gain. Just keep that in mind and overcome whatever it is getting in your way.
