arjumand
Yep, but only by people who have really learnt and studied. It has worked for migraines a few times on me. The first time I was at a temple in Thailand and the relief was very quick. Link to comment
limichelle
I took some classes in it in Massage College. It helps Aliveate a lot of chronic pain like migraines or back pain. There’s different trigger points on your body that alleviates nerve pain. I suggest seeing somebody who only does Reflexology. Lisa Link to comment
Seraphim
I have had a good experience lately. It has alleviated a lot of the pain and swelling from when I broke my ankle in October. Luckily now on blood pressure meds one of my blood pressure meds helps prevent migraines. Now I might get one or two every couple months. That I can live with for sure. Link to comment
abitbroken
Yes. I have had no "results" aside from it being a really good foot massage/helping tension in the feet. I don't really believe by putting pressure or rubbing certain parts of my feet it corresponds to helping different organs. Link to comment
