A simple blood test can reveal whether your triglycerides fall into a healthy range: Normal — Less than 150 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL), or less than 1.7 millimoles per liter (mmol/L) Borderline high — 150 to 199 mg/dL (1.8 to 2.2 mmol/L) High — 200 to 499 mg/dL (2.3 to 5.6 mmol)Sep 13, 2018

 

So your triglycerides are borderline high.

Normal Ranges: (Source: LabCorp)

 

Cholesterol Total: 100 - 199

HDL: > 39

Triglycerides 0 - 149

LDL 0- 99

VLDL: 5 - 40

 

Hemoglobin A1c: Normal Range: 4.8 - 5.6

 

Prediabetes: 5.7 - 6.4

Diabetes: > 6.4

Glycemic control for adults with diabetes:

 

See American numbers are just unreable to me. The only thing that made any sense and that was the A1 C numbers.
