I think he likes me, now what?

So me and a different guy have been chatting on an app since October 21, we eventually moved over to a different app. From the way he’s been texting me more recently and the signals he’s been sending me, I’m pretty sure he likes me. We’re not in a relationship or anything, and I’m not sure if that’s going to happen, as we both live in 2 different states. However we have arranged to video chat, voice chat, and this Sunday we’re going to watch an anime movie through video chat. How should I behave going forward?
