I lost 4 pounds at this week’s weigh in!

I have lost over 15 inches of various parts of my body! I have lost 5 inches off my waist and 5 inches off my hips!

Blood pressure 111/80.

No, I actually feel good. It was 118/77 later in the day. But I will start keeping track again for my doctor’s appointment in April. But he has reduced my blood pressure meds in half at the last appointment .

Yay, I lost 2 inches off each thigh and 1 inch off my neck and 2 inches off my bust, 1inch off each ankle and 5 off my waist and 5 off my hips.

It is awesome!! And is that spring has sprung I can get out.

I ordered konjac noodles and rice, and Farm Girl pizza flour and pancake flour. All little to no carbs or sugar.

Have you tried cauliflower rice yet, Vic. I put it in a casserole and the hubs didn't even know the difference. Hehe!

Blood pressure 114/77. Pulse 83 .

I have my blood draw for my A-1 C next Wednesday and then my phone doctor’s appointment on the 23rd.

Most of my 6 month levels are in from my blood draw this morning. Cholesterol is within normal. My random glucose 1 hour after eating was 7.7 . My last random reading was 9.7 6 months ago . Just waiting on my A1C.

My A1C is 5.7!!!!!!!!!!!! So damned excited!!!

AnyWho I had the phone appointment with my doctor. He said I did utterly amazing without medication. And he no longer considers me diabetic but I still have to have my blood checked every three months and make sure that I don’t fall back. He wants to add Crestor to my medications as my cholesterols are slightly elevated.

He’s also adding a medication so I can sleep.

I give you a lot of credit. At 43 years old, my life habits are just starting to catch up with me. I am changing them, but it is a struggle! It takes major effort and commitment to unlearn bad habits.

How do you make veggies taste good forever ? I mean I love veggies, but little to no carbs forever 🤢

I did my bloodwork again today and by tomorrow I should have everything back. I am nervous that my A-1 C might go over 6. 😨
