Does it mean anything when a guy text you good morning using your first name?

I texted my lover good morning earlier. He did reply. He said to me Good morning and my first name. Normally he calls me by my nickname. Not sure if he is mad at me or what the deal is. Maybe this is no biggie but I'm just curious since he never addresses me
    by my first name.

You're reading into this way too much. Be secure in your relationship. Insecurity breeds doubt on both ends.

Why are you looking for trouble?

It means nothing. Did he act like he was angry?

I think you worry WAY too much - not good for a relationship!

I'm not sure. This is a bit comical because it reminds me of a time when my husband tried out a new nickname for me and I did a double take. I wasn't sure if he was referring to a cake I just made or if he was calling me that term of endearment. I usually like just my name. Maybe he was just being different or felt like something else.

See how things go today. Try not to overthink this unless he acts out or something.

Yes HB... I say this only because I have come a long way about being a worry-wart, and still have a long way to go!

As long as he doesn't call you "Ted", you're ok.
