Feeling desperate

I feel desperate to make up a situation to text my ex so I can get some sort of attention. I’m not going to do it because I know it will not solve anything and if I do it I will be shooting myself in the foot. I just really need some support to not act like a crazy ex girlfriend.

contacting your X will make you feel good, but only for a min. It will make you feel good because you still have that avenue to contact him and you will feel still connected to him and give yourself hope that you two will get back.

After that min has passed by you will feel horrible. You will feel bad for giving in, being weak, and then all the questions will flow out of your mind. What if he responds, what if he doesn't, what is he doing, who is he with, did he find someone, is he texting another girl? And it will drive you crazy.

So its better that you just don't give in and don't sent a text. If you have to text there are threads here that you can post what you would want to say to your X.
