    I jus did for the last time..i wanted to hear from him but i would rather suffer through this time than go back to him its not worth it...

    I agree with No 1. Stop counting.

    Keep yourself busy with friends and activities. This is what is motivating: moving on with your life, not counting and fixating.

    And even thou i was blocking and unblocking him on my personal text messages...i was still going to his Facebook page..i blocked him on that too.. i need that wall up so i can readjust my life and not be in this toxic soup

    You are taking all the right steps. It's a difficult process getting out of one of these on again off again tumultuous relationships. Hang tough & you will get through this. Come here rather than contact him. Go for a walk. Call a friend. Do whatever you need to do to maintain the separation.
