Long story short, I've had a crush on my female boss ever since I started. I was best friends with her son all through middle and highschool. I was always at their house. We grew apart as friends though. I'm 28 now. She always shows favoritism towards me. Her body language always playful. We message sometimes outside work. She would always mention how she couldnt do it without me regarding work stuff. She "cant wait to see me". I could go on and on. I just dont know what to do. I know the usual answers. dont act on it. Easier said than done. I want to question her about it but I think it would make things awkward.

If you value your career, keep it professional and nothing else. If you aren't serious about your work, anything goes - just don't wonder about the injustices of life if things turn out badly.

Is she even single? What is her relationship status? The whole thing sounds like a bad idea. If you value your job, getting with the boss should be a big no no.

What kind of job is it? If you work at a hotdog house, go for it. If it's a job you'll want to keep, I'd skip amplifying the fantasy and find something more productive to focus on.
