Back to insomnia.

Took two clonazepam last night and slept from 8 PM to 6 today. I think I am going to get some melatonin. Suffering insomnia for 40 years is a pain in the azz.

And THAT was an “ accident” ??? Riiiiiight.

Sobbing about flight 752. Heart broken. My son saw a child’s shoe in the crash debris and fled the room.

So sad a friend’s daughter died today of cancer. Her daughter was the same age as me. :( So was for her .

I went to my crochet group tonight. It was nice and peaceful.

I’m so happy to be curled up in my nice warm jammies with my bedroom fireplace on. 🥰

So apparently there was some kind of non-serious issue on Friday but some total t..t decided to hit the panic button this morning and wake up the entire province at 7:30. 🙄

So I got a call from J and I tell her about my A1 C drop and she’s like that’s not that much you know. It should have dropped to a 5 by how considering how little carbs and sugars you eat. 🙄😒 Way to be inspiring. Says the woman who can’t budge her A1 C lower than eight while on metformin. I’m not even on a medication to drop my A1 C. Sure I haven’t been able to exercise but I broke my friggin ankle. And it took your daughter 30 pounds and a year and a half to drop her A1 C from 8 to 6 while on metformin.

So, I think I am probably doing ok.

The fashion shows pics turned out nice! I am smaller than I thought!

The flu is no joke people. Two previously healthy people 17 and 24 have died of the flu. They had no pre-existing conditions they just got the flu. Get your friggin vaccinations people. Seven years ago yesterday my grandfather died of complications of the flu. The flu is no joke.

I think I finally know what is wrong with my in-laws. You know my hatred of diagnosing people when not trained.... but I was watching some videos by a psychiatrist on the symptoms of people who have suffered from narcissistic abuse. My husband ticks every box to a T . And very much so when he was younger. Then I saw a video on narcissistic in-laws by the same psychiatrist. And a lightbulb moment went off.

Having a great visit with my mom. ❤️

Heading home today after the snow storm. I want to spend more time with my mom but have to work tomorrow.

I had to dig the truck out of the ice and then picked up hubby at his mom’s. Now we are heading home.

Damn!! I lost my Christmas bracelet from my set !!! 😓

I called all the places I could have lost my bracelet and nada. I have to save for another one.

In two weeks hubby is going to check out our maybe retirement spot in Central America.

Thankful for the support of hubby and my son last night ❤️ I see the dentist on Wed. Just for a cleaning and check up but my anxiety is totally ratcheted through the roof. I also see the doctor that day for my blood results.

Said a prayer to St A to find my bracelet. 🙏🏻
