Ex contacted me after no contact. Now what to do? Very confused pls help

my ex has contacted me after 1 week of no contact. He dumped me, as apparently I was not expressive or affectionate enough. Something which is disagree with whole heartedly.

He has now called me a week later. The call was not very nice, he became argumentative and demanded me to tell him why I removed him off my personal Instagram. I said this was a personal choice and makes the break up easier. He then continued to call me names and pathetic and immature. He then said, ‘let me know when you feel like acting like a grown up’. I’m so confused by this and his actions. Where do I go from here?

You continue NC. He's the immature one if he can't understand what you're doing.

Btw, did you tell him you were going NC or just stopped contacting him?
