    What did I do? I started therapy. It really REALLY helps.
    Iíve considered that. The only reason I havenít before was because I thought that I would only get the same answers Iíve heard before from other people. But maybe I should give it a try if only to calm myself down.

    It was one of the best decisions I've ever made, I wish I started earlier. It's a rough journey, so be prepared, but it's completely worth it!

    Started going around your age, have dipped in and out as needed since, with some deep dives that really cleared some cobwebs and shifted some paradigms.
