Should I reply??

So my ex reached out with a basic question and I haven’t yet replied.. should I? We broke up two years ago and since then we’d occasionally start reconnecting but it would be followed by her pushing me away again. She was some real mental issues, bpd or cluster b. Last time we were in contact she just stopped replying.. eventually (months later) she told me she has issues and couldn’t speak to anyone. This was around Xmas. For some reason I still care about this person even though she treats me like garbage and I think she may be in a relationship.

Why do you continue to do this to yourself! Block!!

Just block her and be done with it.

She is breadcrumbing you to get a fix of validation, and to see if she still has you strung along.

Sounds like she has you right where she wants you.
