So it's my birthday tomorrow, and we're moving the rest of our things up.. He's at his parents tonight to organise the move and I'm home with our cats. I got back and he'd made me a birthday cake. Feeling so special and loved right now <3

Been a busy month settling into our new home. Difficult at times due to me still working 2 hours away and staying at work 1/2 nights a week. That ends soon though then I'm up here full time. I can't wait to be here properly, I have very little energy at present and lots to do but it's getting better slowly.

Argh, my health is deteriorating and I'm really fed up. Signed off work atm due to constant pain, but the pain can't be treated as we're trying for a baby, might have to go through fertility treatment and my unknown heart condition.

Other than that, we're settling into routine in our new home and we're stronger than ever, our communication is better than ever and I feel so safe and secure in my relationship. Just wish my health would improve.

You know how you put things off until 'tomorrow' and tomorrow never comes. Well today was my tomorrow. My gentle giant and I started couch to 5k, I'll be honest, the second 60 second of running I had to stop at 55 second, but I made it through the full 28 mins. Really proud of us.

What do you do in " couch to 5k"? Run 60 seconds, walk 60 seconds? Never heard of it!

It starts off slow south a 5 min walk, then alternating 60 second run 90 second walk for 8 runs then a 5 min walk to end, the more you do the more running you do. I'm still on week one. It's three runs a week a recovery day between each run.

Hmm this journal is becoming less about me and my partner and more about jogging. But we do it together do it's all good.
Yesterday was run 4 start of week two. Although I was very unwell, having a lot of issues with my ears and pain again so I didn't think I'd make it. I set my app to 're run run 3 which is 60 second running 90sec walking. But I did start out doing the first three runs with my partner doing week two 90sec running. I'm really proud of myself for getting up out and doing it, I wasn't even sure I'd run at all. It's a struggle sometimes, but worth it. Weigh in Monday. I've already lost 4lbs in the last week and a half.

Eh 2lb loss, not too shabby, it's a healthy amount.. was hoping for more but I've not been as active as normal last week.
The couch to 5k is going well, I'm I the 90 second runs now, I'm having to do it slower and move up a level slower due to my heart rate, but I'm doing well. Next run is tomorrow, should be today but we ran yesterday a repeat of week one, cause we had a cheat day Saturday.
