They have been hit hard by an earth quake and tsunami.

Yes, this not far north of me. Even as we speak my country is flying things in to the recently opened military strip. Where the C130s just need a plowed paddock to put down.

The suffering is unimaginable to those of us in the first world.

It makes our personal sufferings seem so petty.
