    At home got to drop the weight on the balance beam scale!!! Happy dance. Losing weight every day because I'm making wiser and wiser choices.

    Decided to make a mini goal. 20 lbs by Feb 20th. I need to motivate myself to eat better and exercise. I've been kind of lax.

    Wish I could post pictures. I'm looking leaner, its exciting! The scale hasn't changed much but my body is changing with exercise. Using an app. Lose weight in 30 days. Diet coach recommended.

    Weigh in tomorrow! I did not eat the piece of peppermint pie with the oreo crust and am proud. Just have to see how tomorrow goes. At home down 31 lbs.

    Down 2.6 lbs this week. Happy Dance, definitely learning portion control, and self control. Learning to stop when satisfied not stuffed. According to ww I'm down 27.6 lbs. Not losing fast but learning and losing. Home scale a 2 lb difference.

    I'm betting on myself with healthy wage. It's really motivating me to succeed.

    That's got a big goal of 85 lbs putting me at 167 by May 30, 2020 or my smaller goal of 15 lbs by Feb 20th. Happened upon it and thought why not I like to gamble and betting on myself is a safer bet.

    I joined a gym today. Decided to really buckle down. Down 2.8 lbs this week.

    9 lbs to go to reach my Feb 20th goal. I went on vacation and lost weight! I wasn't even eating as good as I do at home. That was a surprise. Down 32 lbs. In 7 months. I'm losing slow but changing habits. Learning to eat healthier, but still live.
