    I just wanted to wish you the best too! I think it's really positive that you're doing a lot of walking and hiking, because of the benefits for your health but also it can be something that really helps with stress.
    And I love Cap too!

    Awww thanks guys. I walked just over 5 miles last night, amazing walk. Iíll post a photo later.
    Have some friends over today and we are doing a short walk too....itís all good!

    Three miles walked today with friends, feel rather tired on the back of 5 miles last night.

    All very positive and my friends said it's really noticeable about the weight coming off me, which is a real boost. Such encouragement makes such a difference! I can do this!

    It's been hardwork today. I'm off work for school holiday this week, and today the local mechanic has had the car to replace the tyres...I couldn't really walk to far incase he rang to say the car was ready so I've been stuck in the house, and I've felt hungry all day. I've been good and stuck at it. Tomorrow I'm out a bit so I know it wont be too bad.

    All comes down to will power and thankfully seeing photos of my current self is enough to keep me focused that I don't want to look like this.

    Good job on keeping your will power. Drinking loads of water when you have cravings will help to a certain degree. Yes, you can do this!! Well done so far!

    Thanks SherrySher, Feeling better today, I've been out this morning doing the shop, and I'm off to the gym in about an hour. I'm really trying to up my water intake. I'm roughly on 1500 calories a day.

    Well, as the weight comes off it will be good when I start to notice it. As I say, my friends parents said they could really see a difference (they saw me about a month ago).

    Morning all!
    Well I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was showing a weight now of 21 stone 6 pounds....so it seems to be working. I stupidly weighed myself again this morning and was half a pound heavier....I doubt that's an issue. I've been really focused this week and I'm keeping the exercise up.
