    Hi guys

    Had a bit of a bad few weeks. Felt less incentive and cheated few days. So my weight has fluctuated a bit up and dow. 20 stone 2 currently, and really pushing to get myself under that 20 stone marker.

    ok guys....well it's taken a month....I've not stuck at it great... but this last week I've been really focused and I've finally done it. For the first time in 10 years, since I was 22.....I'm not longer 20+ stone.

    I thought I'd give an update after not posting for some time.
    From my last post in October, to Christmas I had put on about a stone (14 pounds).

    Since January I've really focused myself on the Ketogenic woe, and as of Friday I'm 19 stone 6 pounds! Not deviating from this, I'm turning my life around.

    Comparison photo, left I was almost 22 stone...and at 19 stone 10. Not sure there is a massive difference.

    You're doing great! I can definitely see a difference in your face! It's hard to tell from your body, given the bulky sweatshirt. Just for yourself (not for posting here), it might be good for you to take some pics with shirt off.

    I had to calculate using U.S. measurements, as in pounds.....you've gone from 308 to 276....a loss of 32 lbs!

    Are you exercising?

    As for keto/paleo, I find that's the only way I can truly stick to a diet....by limiting processed carbs/sugar, and going for high quality proteins and fats, making sure I get in a ton of veggies each day. I'm working on my own 10-15 lbs., and I, too, have slipped and gotten back on. So you are not alone!
