Hi, some of you may have seen, I posted yesterday following a 9 yr relationship breaking. So following some advice, itís time to develop myself, and be the best version of myself. Any advice on books or audiobooks as I have an audible membership would be great 👍. I also want to get my health to the best it can be and my diet. Iím 35 and ready for a kick in the right direction 😀. Thanks for your help
