RIPZ
Hi. My girlfriend and I had sex a few weeks back. And we used condoms and cleaned off and washed up after every time. But now her period is 10 Days late. Can someone please help. Her cycle was supposed to start on the 23rd or 25th but it didn’t. Could really use speedy replies. Thank you. Link to comment
Wiseman2
Go to the local drug store and get a pregnancy test. Link to comment
greta96
The only way to find out is a test. Normally, if the condoms were used correctly and didn't break/leak, she shouldn't be pregnant, and also periods are sometimes late, it's just the way it is, but nobody can tell you for sure what's going on. MissCanuck
As greta says, if the condom worked the way it's supposed to then she probably isn't pregnant. There are other reasons women have late or missing periods; some women are just very irregular, others experience hormonal fluctuations in times of stress, the list goes on. However, to rule it out, she needs to take a pregnancy test. Link to comment
j.man
Who was in possession of the condoms? As mentioned, only way to tell is a test. Fingers crossed, bud. Link to comment
Broomwood
Even if the condom failed, don't panic, there's an emergency pill, not the morning after, but another, I think you can use it within six weeks of date of intercourse. I used it once. But you need to go to your GP or clinic. It's basically a massive dose of estrogen to suffocate the foetus. Estrogen limits oxygen availability in the uterus. Link to comment
ThatwasThen
Yes, get a pregnancy test and you'll know for sure. In future... always run your used condom under the water to check for leaks. If it leaks then get the morning after pill. *Good for you for playing safe Link to comment
