So there are two couples and the male in one relationship, let's call him bob, and the female in the other, let's call her stacy had sent flirtatious messages back and forth after hanging out a few times because they have been best friends since childhood. Would the girlfriend of the bob send those msgs or tell the boyfriend of stacy about the conversation? Is this the right thing to do?

If Bob and Stacy have known each other for a long time, yeah, I could see where they might send each other risque messages. And no, I wouldn't tell Stacy's boyfriend. It's none of your business and it's causing trouble where there might not be any trouble. Don't interfere in other people's business.

Define "flirtatious messages" - that adjective leaves a lot room for interpretation.

Also, can we assume you are Bob's girlfriend?
