Why is she making plans all of a sudden?

Ok, so she just all me. This girl I sorta like we have been talking for a while but it has been. Kind of stretched between us. Told myself for like the 5th time, stop talking to her. I was getting tired of her making plans and then canceling them. So anyway she text me a couple days ago saying that we need to hang out soon, I don’t have a choice.

I’m not holding my breath. But now she's actually making plans. She’s done that before also and still cancelled. Anyway, I told her sure let’s do this or that or whatever. She counter offered saying let’s all do brunch.

Ok so I said sure sounds like fun. But where did the all come from. I have only hung out with her friends like twice and it was a little awkward to me. I wasn’t sure what to say or do. Awkward. What should I do?

I think you can deal with brunch with her and her friends. Smile. Eat. Leave. If she cancels, stop talking to her. She's not worth it.

She sounds like a flake. Go have brunch and see what happens and be prepared to walk afterwards.

If you are unsure, why not just say no?

She's a flake or toying with you. Next time she suggests you hang out, tell her where you'll be and if she flakes with some excuse, you respond "Ok" and never talk with her again.

It seems you are friendzoned and part of her friend circle. Go if you want, but it's not a date.
