I Came off of birth control 2 days ago and had unprotected sex today. Noticed some light bleeding hours later just when I wiped (probably withdrawal bleeding) Could i still be pregnant or conceive?

Yes, you could still become pregnant. But the light bleeding you experienced isn't indicative of a pregnancy or anything like that. Your body wouldn't react that quickly.

If you had sex today you are NOT going to have symptoms of pregnancy. That takes a few weeks.

Disrupting your birth control can cause minor bleeding or clotting. Sex can also cause it. You're probably OK. If you see anymore, consider visiting your GYN. Also be careful. You can get pregnant the week before you ovulate, particularly the day or two before. And your period could become irregular going off the birth control.
