Knee problems

I've never had this occur before but for the past couple days my knee hurts something awful when I try to bend it. It's pretty stiff at other times until I bend it the wrong way then it's a sharp pain in the top of my knee. I took this picture last night and it was like the left knee bone (or whatever It's called) was protruding out a lot more than the right. Had this ever happened to anyone ? ]

See a doctor about this problem. Only a qualified person can tell you what is wrong.

Start with your doctor and if you dont get anywhere, go see a chiropractor. A good chiro is worth his/her weight in gold.

Better to consult with the doctor before anything worst could happen .Keep safe .

i agree to have a doc look at it. i know a woman whose patella frequently dislocates. over the years she learned to adjust it herself.
