What exactly is DATING?

If anyone here read my previous thread in personal growth, I have never been on a "date" before. What is dating and what's the difference between that and flirting? And what is the process for dating? Does dating involve sex? How about if a person is just looking for sex with no relationship? What is that called and what is the process?

Dating doesn't necessarily involve sex. It's just a more formalized mating ritual.

If I just want sex without the dating, how do I go about that? Is there a free website with no fake profiles?

But how do I know which sites are real? And which sites has people that really respond?

How old are you? Where do you live? If you just want sex you can probably find a hooker somewhere.

Flirting is more talking, giggling, getting to know a person you may be interested in. Dating would come after the flirting if you think you may really like this person. You and the person go out somewhere, maybe have coffee, go see a movie, take a walk in the park, and get to know each other better.

Dating is basically a label relating to the process of all that you've suggested above, which can also be used to describe a personal committed bond between you and other individual(s) "A Relationship".
