i can't communicate

I find it really difficult to interact with new people, especially guys. I'm sixteen n I never had a romantic relationship. Help me.

The only way to get better at communicating is by doing it. Start talking to people; practice with people you know. Striking up conversation with people you don't know, especially someone you are attracted to can be intimidating. Finding an ice breaker or common ground/interest that you both share helps to start a conversation.
