18 years old erection problem

Hello I've had this problem for about 10 days now. I can not get hard without any physical stimulation. Even if i did it would only last as long as there is physical contact. I have not masturbated for almost six months now but i would randomly watch porn because i would get really horny(but i would not touch myself,i only watched because i was intruiged by it). I am very physically active. The only reason for this that i can think of is that 10 days ago i spent almost the entire day watching porn and stuff and it was rock hard almost for 2-3 hours straight but as i said i would not masturbate (not that I'm contolling myself,i just don't feel the need to masturbate). Earlier i used to stay rock hard for a very long time and also get morning erections now it just won't go up. Please throw some advice.

If this problem continues maybe see a urologist. It could be anything really. Have you been extra stressed lately with anything? School, work, relationships, etc? Maybe your mind is occupied somewhere else and you may not realize it. You're young so I'm sure you are fine, but don't stress too much about it until you feel you really have to.

Go to a doctor. Also drinking or using street or prescription drugs can create problems. Do not smoke cigarettes (or anything else).

The habit of masturbating just went away, I don't know how. I didn't feel like going back to it.

And now i even had a nightfall with a SOFT penis.( even in my dream i was swimming naked with a girl with a SOFT one) God, i don't know whether to laugh or to cry. This seems really bad now.

Have you tried running? I know you mentioned you're physically active but running in particular seems to help me
