How to flirt physically?

I like this guy, but like most guys he seems to be very clueless on how I feel. We went out twice so far with just the two of us and we even slow danced at homecoming last year. What are some ways to flirt with him physically? I wanna take another step forward with him by trying something physical. I don't wanna come off too strong to where I make him uncomfortable but at the same time I want him to actually get a hint....a big hint. Just know he's very shy and like me he's never dated anyone.

Just ask him out next time instead of just waiting for him? that's a good hint

Agree with abitbroken. He's a guy. Most guys don't read hints. A girl I was hanging out with (as just friends) wrote me a love poem and played me a song called, "What If I Loved You?" one night. I didn't realize until the next day what she was trying to say (we've been married for 21 years now).

Sometimes you just have to come right out and say it.

I'm pretty clueless if a woman likes me till it's obvious. So I say make it obvious touch him. It doesn't have to be much.
