Does She Like Me?

There is this girl who I really like. She tells me that she is bisexual and currently has a boyfriend. She says flirty things whenever we talk and when she leaves, she says things like "I love ya". I am confused. Should I just directly ask her or should I wait and observe? Do you think she likes me or is she just being a normal friend?

It sounds friendly, not romantic. Plus she's in a relationship right now.
