Advice on contact with ex

Hi everyone. Ex got in contact after 3 months, during this period I have been healing myself, socialising more and keeping my mind busy with positive thoughts. He contacted me and apologised for not been in contact due to the constant fighting after the breakup ( reason for him blocking me) but asked me why I have moved on so quick. I replied that life goes on and can't keep holding on the past. We messaged back and forth for 3 days and he said he was going to call me but no contact for 2 days now. Anyone knows the reason for his question and why he's distant? I decided not to bother him.

Exactly. Carry on moving on and ignore him. Either he's mucking you about or he's really not all that bothered afterall keeping in touch with you. How does he define "Moved on so quick"? The fact that you've not been messaging him, begging him back? I'd let it ride. Continue healing and getting on with your life and have fun without him. Good luck X

He was on a fishing trip. I wouldn't contact him back. Just move on.

I think he's testing to see if u are going to call him or playing with ur mind right now. Don't contact him n move on.
