Self Harm dream?

Right so, I cut my wrists a few months ago, I'm over it now, that's not what this post is about. Last night, out of nowhere, I had a dream, about self harm. I was sitting in a circle with some other people, and my closest friend - the only friend who knows of that I self harmed was there. Some older dude was giving a presentation. And then I remember him saying something like "Raise your hand if you have self harmed, if not, you are just lying to yourself, and you should leave." I then felt a lot of pressure on me, as I didnt want to admit to self harm, but I didnt want to leave either. I've not had any thoughts at all related to self harm, what does this dream?

I have a really hard time believing you are "over" whatever prompted your self-harm. And I bet your subconscious does too, and that's what your dream was about.
