Lightning87
I thought it might be an idea to post down things that made us smile? Things that make us realise that life isn't all that bad without them in our lives any more... For me today, it was seeing an older man walking along the street whistling. He looked so happy and I thought that is the kind of vibe I want to give off instead of looking miserable all the time. We aren't over because they've gone Link to comment

potty46
Oh, it's hard reading smile and what makes me smile because that was my little saying with him... Today I smiled because I have been rediscovering the greatness of 80's music. Today's discovery: Boys of Summer, Don Henley. I also smiled in class when we were discussing how awesome Australia's government is and always has been to Indigenous people (sarcasm, btw), doing everything for the kiddies... Governments will move heaven and earth for child protection... If it means they get to mine their land. Ha. Ha. Ha. I laugh at the stupidity. Link to comment

marconi68
I read today that over the past few years more money has been spent on breast implants and Viagra than was spent on Alzheimer's Disease research. It is believed that by the year 2030 there will be a very large number of people with huge breasts and big erections who can't remember what to do with them Link to comment
gemsyv
Great thread!!!! Mine was yesterday being with my 5 nephews and niece. Got out the car and my 12 year old nephew who is now taller than me ran over and gave me the biggest hug! Then my 18 mth old nephew getting out the bath, grabbing my phone with some music playing on it and danced his little nudey bum away for at least 10 minutes. Hilarious. You can't be sad for long with kids around! Link to comment

Love1336
Hmm. I am smiling today, yet crying because I have stay on NC for two weeks. I feel so PROUD of myself. I love this feeling. I am remembering with my ex ex. I would always BOTHER him, text him telling him how much i wanted him. But this time I kept my pride! I kept my self-respect! I kept ME! I am so happy! Yet I am dying inside a little bit, because I want hear his voice and be under him, but I know I can't. He always said, I never had self-control. WELL WHAT ABOUT NOW JONATHAN? I HAVE ALL SELF-CONTROL TO NOT HURT MYSELF BY NOT BREAKING CONTACT. HAHAHA. LOOK AT ME NOW! Haha... Sorry... kinda lost control there lol. Link to comment
