Is this really clingy?

Is it being clingy if you text a guy every other day ? Most of the times he replys.But in the weekend i send few messages but no reply sometimes,so when i call or text friday with no response,i text couple more times on Sunday.Then yes ,i do want to text again to let me know he is ok or if he had any troubles.Is this really clingy or he just shows lack of interest ? I feell maybe i m clingy ,but we dont see each other much and he does not stick to his word when he says we going to do things together and such.

IMO, you're not being clingy. Clingy would be texting him all day, every day, or calling him everyday.

However, it does seem like he isn't as into you as you are into him. If he were, then he would be calling you or at least returning your texts. Perhaps it's time to start investing your attention elsewhere.

Not clingy, per se... but I think you're more into him than he is to you, otherwise he would reciprocate or at least call you back if he hates texting. I'd back off and see if he contacts you.

It sounds to me that there may be another person in his life, when they are into you, they reply each and every time they get a text from you..I would suggest to stop texting him a bit to seem less available to him. Most Men are attracted to the chase & challenge...

i think he doesn't sound very interested if he doesn't follow through on getting together. i used to be like you. i'd keep trying harder. now i know it's just time to move on.

Agreed, agreed, agreed. It's not that you've been excessively clingy. It's that he's not that into you. If he were, he would follow through and he would return at least most of your texts. Back way off and see what he does. And start looking for other people to date.

Bingo. Grow a pair and call him out on it. It might startle him into thinking he could lose you and get him to change. I've had success with this in the past. It's not being manipulative or clingy - by clearing the air and voicing your concern, you are asserting yourself and he'll see that he may not always have the upperhand. Which is BIGx10 for you.
