I had one most of the day yesterday and fell asleep around 7:30 and just woke up and it is gone thankfully. Link to comment

Which is almost every day here. Where I used to live (for ten years) it was very dry. I almost never had sinus issues. I would move back except I would never make it without my family nearby. I usually get a migraine before the impact and during. My triggers are weather, foods, scents, lack of sleep or too much sleep, heat and loud noise. Link to comment
