"Any Good Self Help Books for Men on Breakups"?????

Hey Everyone-

I have posted her quite a bunch here at ENA in the past. I was just curious if anyone can recommend any self help books out there, geared towards men, about break ups? Since my split I spend alot of time at the bookstore and there are so many self help books out there.

I guess any book would be fine that would help me. It just seems that so many are for girlfriends breaking up with boyfriends.

I thought that 'Women's Infidelity' was a good one, even though infidelity was not my experience.

I'd suggest a pros and cons list, maybe therapy, hang out with friends a lot and get rid of possessions that have memories tied to them. you can't move on to the next page in the book of life if you've glued them shut with the pastes of the past.

make an xbox by that i mean a box filled with anything that reminds you of her...
