So I guess I'm talking about the guys who are shy and super polite to females...the kind of guy who usually doesn't make the first move...the kind of guy who seems like they'd never hurt a female or take advantage of them but rexpect them completely...

Through most MS and HS, 3-4 times a day I think, lol. I was very shy until junior year. If anything, guys who are shy and have no gfs and little female interaction will do it more. I know for a fact my bf does not (Maybe he's the only 1 in the world??) he is appalled by masturbation of any sorts whether it be male or female.. So why is everyong trying to say EVERY guy does.. Ooookayyy this explains why this VERY shy & good looking guy i work with gets all nutty (lol) when you grab his wrist, gently of course to get the time off his watch or touch his shoulder innocently to take a little lint off...i tapped his knee once and he had to excuse himself...lol Hmmmmm.

I would imagine in a lot of cases they not only masturbate and think about sex, but do it more so than other guys depending on any other issues they might have to go along with the shyness.

For those of us who aren't only shy, but have various other issues getting in the way.. sex is deemed an impossibility of sorts so we think about it to the point of being overbearing.
