I need help with feeling"hornier" Ladies???

Hey gang. I have a question. To the ladies. I am in my late 30's, and seem to have a bit more trouble getting "excited", as in "horny". It's like my drive has plummeted. The thing is I always feel extra horny right around the time of my period.I know this is normal, but how can I feel like that ALL the time? Is there some sort of hormone I should be getting or something? Or something similar to Viagra.LOL
Ok now I'll go hide my face in embarrassment.

Well you could exercise. I read somewhere that people who exercise have an easier time getting turned on, or something like that. Definitely do those kegel things whenever you get a chance. That just feels good.

What is your situation? Are you overworked, married, mother?? How is your health? Are you on any sort of medication? There can be alot of outside factors that play a big part in it.

i'd suggest going to the doctor... hormone imbalances, thyroid problems etc. can lower the libido... or certain drugs.

add some exercise to your day, even more walking. when i exercise, i feel friskier. exercise helps balance all your hormones and brain chemistry.

Cardio workouts, even as short as 10-15 minutes a day, are linked to better sleep and increased libido. Diet can help or hinder you as well. You may also be anemic, as many women are, and supplements can help. Caffeine, drinking and smoking can do harm, obviously.

Have a physical done and ask your doctor, s/he can help with more sound medical advice.

I'm just going to put this here just as a sort of side note - I can't add anything new! But I'm fairly sure I've heard of experiments with women taking viagra, and though is *clearly* doesn't have exactly the same effect, apparently it still revs your motor. There was also in the news quite recently, some kind of hormone treatment I think it was that boosted female sex drive, I'll have a hunt about and see if I can find the article for you. HOWEVER I am not saying that this is what you should do. Try and find a natural remedy (by which I do not mean spurious herbal concoctions - just something that doesn't add unnecessary drugs to your body) before faffing around with the doctor.
