    Am I over/under weight or normal? help

    Hi I am 18, and I'm never sure of if I should be losing weight or not, because I'm so short I can't rely on the average weight , I'm 4,10 (147cm) and weigh 6 and a half stone, or 7 sometimes, varies.. do you think thats normal?

    I am about 4'5" and I weigh about 120 lbs.

    Dang, you're thin.

    I am only 4'5" and I weigh about 120 lbs. When I first moved out here in Jan., I weighed about 110 lbs.

    yer but still we dont know whats right for each of our heights lol >.< average height is like 5,4 these days ;-; for women

    According to link removed , you're on the skinny side of healthy. I definitely don't think you should be losing weight...if you do, you'll be underweight!

    Why are you thinking about losing weight in the first place? If you have concerns about your body image, keep in mind that exercising might actually cause you to gain weight as you develop muscle...but you'll look more fit, feel better, and be more confident!

    Your BMI is 19, which is great, don't lose weight, you will become too thin, to the point at which it will be unhealthy.
