KissMe_KillMe
okay so whats the fastest way to lose weight? im trying to lose at least 20 pounds within 1 month.. is that even possible? if so what do i do? Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
well how tall are you and how much do you weigh? Link to comment
coollady1957
I dont know if its even possible even if you absolutely starved yourself. Quick and fast weight loss like that in a months time is not healthy at all. The best thing to do is to eat a healthy diet and exercise. Honestly from your photo you dont look as though you need to lose any weight. What the big hurry to lose so much in such a short time ? Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
and 20 pounds in a month isn't probable, nor would it even be safe. lose it slow and steady and you probably have a better chance of keeping it off Link to comment
KissMe_KillMe
well i am currently 5'3 and weigh 140-45 pounds.. ummm and i want to lose weight because i want to be able to wear nice clothes in the summer and feel confident, hmm.. i want a nice fat stomach. Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
well it's gonna take a lot more time than just a month, sorry to say. your supposed to lose around 2-3 pounds a week. so as you can, it's a process. Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
i suggest a good hour of excercise a day, combined with 3 decent sized healthy meals a day, with snacks in between. ( you need to eat enough, or else your metabolism will decrease making weight loss virtually impossible) Link to comment
coollady1957
Where general area do you live? Where I live its a while yet ( more than month) until warm weather arrives...and some several months until " shorts and bikini/swimsuit" months. I would advise if you feel you need to lose weight to start on a sensible and healthy diet/ eating plan and exercise daily. Link to comment
coollady1957
LOL !!! Seems Yang and I unknowingly actually posted almost the same thing twice. Just dont try to do this too fast, and in the wrong way. There are alot of so called quick loss plans, dont fall for those. In my opinion those are more harm than good. Link to comment
KissMe_KillMe
i heard its better to not eat after 7:00 pm... is this true? Link to comment

the yang to the worlds yin
just do everything in moderation, fad's aren't the way to go, and often times they starve you of much needed nutrients. Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
of course, but commen sense already tells her that Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
anybody's going to tell her to lay off the fast food, caffiene, sugary drinks, excess fruit, and oily or fried foods Link to comment
KissMe_KillMe
oh seriously i am soooo willing to do anything you say for this to work. i really wish i could make myself a schedual but im not smart with the whole dieting thing.. i dont even know where to begin.. all i know is dont eat junk food. drink water. and exorcise.. i wish i had a personal trainer but i dont got the money for that. the yang to the worlds yin
it's so simple, it really is. i mean i'm 5 foot, have bad genetics, and yet still manage to stay less than a 100. you've just got to do things in moderation. doing everything we tell you, isn't going to help, because it's harder to keep up with something like that. just get yourself a gym membership and watch what you eat Link to comment
KissMe_KillMe
is being less than 100 even healthy? Link to comment
the yang to the worlds yin
well technically i'm 99 or 98, thus the less than a 100. and i've got a pretty small frame, so yes, it's healthy Link to comment
Beyondthesea
Not possible. You could probably lose 10 though, which is a great achievement. There's a cool website link removed that helps you monitor calories based on your time goal, and even gives you work out to do. Some friends and I are doing it and it works well. i've lost 4 pounds in the past 2 weeks. Give it a whirl, it's completely free. It seems overwhelming at first, but it works wonders to monitor your food intake and do a small at home exercise program. You don't need any equipment even. So cool, gotta try it. Link to comment

Beyondthesea
You're welcome, I hope it helps you too. It teaches healthy eating habits and once you type in what you are eating, it's easy to see what is wrong and why you have gained weight over time. Be sure to drink a lot of water! If you are dehydrated, your kidneys don't function properly and you won't lose an ounce! Link to comment
coollady1957
At your height, you probably dont want to go below 120 to stay healthy. If I were you I wouldn't overly obsess about weight, other than to focus on staying at a healthy weight, not too heavy but not too thin. Good luck. I need to lose weight myself, so I might even jump on the weight loss/ and exercise thing with you. Link to comment
ElektraHere
Try this website It has alot of tips and food choices so if you dont know how to cook or cant figure the serving sizes this helps you out. It also reviews foods that are sold in the store and gives the caloric, fat, and protein content. The address names is a bit deceiving but it really is healthy. Link to comment
