Circumcised vs Uncircumcised

Okay, out of sexual curiosity, I wanted to know if there are any differences to the partner regarding whether or not a man is circumcised. I've recently done research on circumcision in terms of medical benefits, and found various scientific research sources stating different things. A similar thing for sexual performance differences. So I thought might as well conduct a survey of my own.

If any heterosexual/bisexual girls or homosexual/bi men with sexual experiences with men, preferably both circumcised men and uncircumcised men, would be willing to answer a few questions, it'd be much appreciated. I'd like to treat the responses statistically. Feel free to give any comments as it may give a better understanding to some things. PM me answers if you'd rather not post them publicly.

Questions:

1) From your own experiences, do you prefer the visual look of a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis?

2) From your own experience, do you prefer the visual look of a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis?

3) Would you prefer to perform a handjob on a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis

4) Would you prefer to perform fellatio on a circumcised penis or uncircumcised penis

5) From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men have been more likely to give you an orgasm through sexual intercourse? (or if neither, asnwer "neither")

6) From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men have been more likely to prematurely ejaculate through sexual intercourse?

7) Almost similar question: From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men do your prefer, or think are better sexual partners?

Thanks for taking your time

ok, I honestly haven't ever seen an uncercumsized man, but I've only seen a few. Um The only thing that would make me think someone should get it done is that it is easier to clean and take care of and there is less chance of getting infection of some weird sickness to do with it. cause think about it uncerc. men have that layer of skin they have to take back to clean themselves and if they weren't very good at cleaning it or if they thought they were but weren't getting everything, that could end up in an infection or something else and cerc. men don't have to worry about that. sure they still have to clean, but really they aren't gonna miss anything unless they totally avoid it all together and let's face it that would be just nasty.

I haven't ever seen one, but my mom told me about it and that's what she said. so don't know if she's right, but thought i'd tell ya in case anyways.

For every woman it will be different and most of us may have some preferences in common. My ex was circumcized and the sex was less pleasurable than it is now with a uncircumcized partner. Personally:

1) I dont have a preference to the look of the penis

2) I do prefer to perform a handjob on a circumcized penis, its more pleasurable for the guy I think because its not just your hands but his skin rubbing his penis as well, added pressure and pleasure. 8)

3) The same as about for fellacio, except that you have to keep taking the skin down most times. You have to hold most of the skin at the base of his penis so it doesnt get in the way when doing it.

4) Orgasm better with uncircumcized

5) Overall I do prefer it uncircumcized.

As long as he turns the skin over and cleans it properly then there is nothing to worry about.

Think about it for a moment... a man is born with a foreskin. Cutting it off is in actuality, a religious body modification. I wouldn't necessarily go as far as to say that it's a form of mutilation, but others would.

Sure, many women prefer the look of a circumcised penis because the majority of male porn stars are circumcised, but that should not be a reason to become circumcised.

An uncircumcised penis may require a little extra maintenance (i.e. pulling back the foreskin to wash under it), but for those who know how to wash themselves, there is no issue with cleanliness. You either have good personal

hygiene, or you don't.

There is a problem with questions like this its more a matter of personal preference than actually collecting factual data. It can be hard to compare one sexual experience with another. In order to conduct a factual study you would need your information to not be bias and unfortunately there is not way to accurately measure what you are looking for.

Saying that sex is more pleasureable with a man who has foreskin and one who doesnt is more personal preference. You would need a standard method of determining pleasure and if you are talking about two different guys (whose sexual styles will be different) she is going to have a preference as to which one she likes better, this doesnt have to have anything to do with being circumsized.

I dont think it should be something that you are concerned with if you arent circumsized then thats what your working with if you are circumsized then you cant get your foreskin back so no use disucssing something you cant get back. It all comes down to being happy with what you have, if they other person doesnt like it, then they dont and you move on.

Actually, some people who are circumcized do want to get it back, and have had some success in stretching what little foreskin they have left.

Just google "foreskin restoration" and you'll find plenty of sites, information and devices.

Day Walker, the point of my questions was solely for the sexual preferences of women. There need not be factual/medical benefits to support circumcision/anti-circumcision point of views. It's not to determine which is ultimately "better" whatever, I just wanted to know the statistics. I'm not going to circumcised myself just because women may prefer that when performing fellatio on me or whatever.

I have had 2 long relationships in my life: one with a circumsized man (now) and one with a uncircumsized man.

I can tell you there is NO difference. Circumsized is not better. I actually got a STD from the circumsized and never from the uncircumcized.

I think it's a barbaric habit that came from the false ideas about health (I think it was a Jewsih tradition as well). It's mutilation. It's male circumcision (the female one is horrible).

If I had had a son there is no way I would let them do this to him.

Bascially its true,.. I would not allow my sons to get circumsized.

I'm not, and I can say the sex is great. I agree with sweet_bebcho on all counts. Course I have no comparison but it does make sense that sensitivity is higher. If I had a choice I would not do it. However, my son ius circumsized so, what right do I have to talk? I didn't decide for myself, but I thank my parents for deciding to let me be au naturale. I'd miss the little guy if he wasn't there anymore.

OUr bodies didn't evolve foreskin for it to be cut off.

OK, our bodies didn't evolve foreskin!! We've always had it and it is more healthy to get cut.

It's male circumcision (the female one is horrible).
Is there a such thing as a felmale circumcision???!!! cuz that's sick, they wouldn't be able to recover, coochie is too sensitive.

Yes, it is a cultural practice, and it is still practiced today, I think primarily in Africa. I will not post many details about it as it is quite gruesome, but involves removing part or all of the clitoris.

DEFFINETLEY THE VISUAL LOOK OF A CIRCUMCISED PENIS. THE OTHER ONES DON'T LOOK AS APPEALING AND IF THE OWNER OF THE PENIS DOESN'T CLEAN IT, IT TENDS TO HOLD IN THE DIRT AS IT WERE A LOT EASIER. PLUS THEY LOOK LIKE THEY'RE WINKING AT YOU.

2) From your own experience, do you prefer the visual look of a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis?

3) Would you prefer to perform a handjob on a circumcised penis or an uncircumcised penis

CIRCUMCISED.... NO WINKING.

4) Would you prefer to perform fellatio on a circumcised penis or uncircumcised penis

CIRCUMCISED

5) From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men have been more likely to give you an orgasm through sexual intercourse? (or if neither, asnwer "neither")

CIRCUMCISED ARE A LOT EASIER TO GET TO THE POINT OF CLIMAX.

6) From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men have been more likely to prematurely ejaculate through sexual intercourse?

HAVEN'T HAD ANY PREMATURE EJACULATERS

7) Almost similar question: From your own experience, which out of uncircumcised men or circumcised men do your prefer, or think are better sexual partners?

CIRCUMCISED

If cutting 'it' off is healthy, why doesn't anyone in europe (apart from Jews and a few other religions) do it?

Think about how many countries there are in europe. Now, those countries arn't backwards, so why do none of them cut 'it' off?

I think perhaps when people were going over to America in the old days (immigrants), perhaps a lot of the local docters were Jewish or something?

There IS a HUGE difference between female and male circumcision. With female circumcision or genital mutilation whichever you want to call it, the idea is to decrease the amount of pleasure woman can received from sex. The general idea is that sex should be about having children instead of being had for pleasure. Female circumcision takes away this potention to have any clitoral stimulation from any aspect of sex.

Now many of you seem to believe that male circumcision is barbaric and that is open to interpretation but it is NOT the same as female genital mutilitation. The main thing being that its still possible to have a plesureable sexual experience if you are a circumsized male. I believed that the original intent of circumcision by the Jewish people was about health (atleast in theory). Think about the region of the world they inhabited when the practice came about. It would make sense for them to do this practice just because they didnt have direct access to water and lved in a hot climate. It was also used to set them apart from the other tribes in the region. Since they were already known as Jewish people this act made them different from the rest, which is demonstrated in the Old Testament.

If you have any particular harshe feelings towards circumcision then you are free to not have your male children circumsized but obsessing over how you no longer have yours seems pointless. As for it being abolished, that seems ridiculous just because you have particular feelings about an issue doesnt mean it needs to be abolished.

how come we have the highest rates of std's in the word?

The point that it's done out of the lack of water and sanitation? I never experienced a lack of water or sanitation in our country yet. The US has had some of the worlds best supply of water and sanitation even to this day. But 80% of the rest of the world remains intact. Certainly logic must dictate these other countries do not have the recourses we have.

Actually considering that African countries have HIV/AIDS infection rates of upward of 60%, I cannot say that we have the same infection rates as people in africa for who the most part dont use protection to when having sex because of the social stigma attached to it.

My point about sanitation and water had to do with the original intent of why the Jewish people started circumcision, today the trend seems to be cultural. I cannot say that the argument used today is about sanitation instead it has to do with history. Medically there is no reason for a circumcision, conflicting studies have been published about cervical cancer rates between women with circumsized and uncircumsized partners.

I dont believe circumcision is; a health issue, about cleanliness or medically related. Doctors leave it up the their patients to decided if thats what they want since medically their are no benifits. As it happens now a days it seems to be more about the father being circumsized so thats why his son will be. Also asthetics could also be a reason to get the proceedure done, increasingly it is becoming more common in the United States to do things that are more asthetic pleasure for going the natural state to be more pleasing to the eye.

Whatever your choice is, it is your choice for your offspring. Whatever you pick makes no difference for me, I have no agenda either way I just dont like it when the facts are manipulated to convince people who arent properly informed.

  • 1 year later...

It is personal preference.

I prefer circumcised, because honestly foreskin is not something I find aesthetically attractive.

It makes no difference in intercourse, but for me it does when it come to felatio and hand-jobs.

It is a tradition not only in the Jewish community but also in the Muslim tradition.

As for hygiene, it all depends on how clean the guy is. Some guys are cleaner than others, obviously. It just gives added confidence with cicumcised, because it is a bit of a task to try to trap bacteria, when the shaft is completely exposed.

In the long run, if sex is not recreational, casual, or simply a way of be pleasured, then it really matters not whether the man is circumcised, because it is not about that; it's about the intimacy and the physical embrace.

Guys lose some sensitivity after being circumstised compared to someone with all their foreskin in tact. This is due to the bare penis head and nerve endings constantly touching something (like fabric of boxer shorts) resulting in a period over time the sensitivity of a penis is reduced.

My boyfriend is uncurmcusized and I love it. I think it shows his parents were unwilling to hurt him as a baby, which means they had some good insticts as parents.

I like pulling back the skin and how sensitive he is underneath it.

I also like that during intercouse it's all smooth. There's not that ridge that you get from circumsism. Which can irratate me on the inside.
