So i contacted him today and he said he wanted to break up, out of nowhere so I have no idea what to do I do not want it to be over and I can't let him to do this!

Day 1: No Contact Challenge We have been on "a break" since August 14th (Thursday). But there has been contact, nothing major. Yesterday I had not contacted him at all and was proud of myself but called him crying at 2am and he slept with me on the phone. I have not contacted him at all today and AM ACCEPTING THE NO CONTACT CHALLENGE!!! I am at least trying to stay confident that by letting him have his time and space he will see what life is like without me and come back rather soon. So I'm feeling positive! But still miss him and want to see him!
