  1. Welcome to eNotalone, friend. We all have our problems but it helps to share our advice. Anyway your problem is extremely complicated due to the fact that you're both in different countries. I know exactly how it feels to miss someone that badly. Problem is I wasn't able to exactly solve mine. The only advice I can give you is that you should keep your friendship with her going. And definitely push her to answering your questions if she won't answer your queries. Really try to keep in touch with her even if she has a boyfriend. Who knows? She might breakup with this boyfriend and look to you or you may not feel the same way in a month.
  2. Yeah, I think we should give advice and not criticism. I suggest you talk to her. Apologize for the time you've stolen. And work on rebuilding something - even if it's a tiny, little friendship if that's possible. Don't just leave her on her own.
  3. I think I speak for the entire community when I say "YOU SUCK." But you're new here and I want to give you a warm welcome . I know how it feels to be her right now and I personally think you should go rot in hell for the emotional pain she has and will have for years to come. You should really find a way to make it up to her, or at least try to get back together for her sake (but only if you are willing to love her). Again I don't want to offend you or hurt your feelings...but you really, REALLY deserve it.
  4. Wow, that's some good advice. I think I can try it, though I doubt it will work. It's sort of obvious that I'll think about my ex because I have no one to think about. And I'm a little short on willpower. I didn't sleep last night and I can't sleep now.
  5. loner82 I know how you feel. Believe it or not I'm much worse. I do all that and less and I've only been in a relationship for about half a year. It's been a year now and I still haven't gotten over my girlfriend. I don't know what to do or how to help you because I can't help myself. But I just want to let you know that you're not alone.
  6. Well if she really loves you, than she'll get herself to change. Not just for you but for herself. Also try to get her to open up more, slowly though. She has to know that you're not happy. Let her know this is her last chance or something to change or you're out! Because you love her for some reason besides looks.
  7. See tobigahart has a point. He's right about me missing my ex. Problem is that I can never stop thinking of her. There's got to be a way to sleep. I'll figure it out.
  8. Yes, I once was afraid of that when I had a girlfriend. What you should do is stay in after you've gone out so much. Stay in and get creative. Watch a movie, play a game, play a "game", or just spend time doing whatever. Just so long as you're both having fun.
  9. Yeah I listened to music once. I picked sleep music like waves splashing and forest sounds but I can't seem to get in the mood. If I go out and walk around I'll be mugged or something because I live in New York. As for the playing with yourself...nah, I don't think so. Thanks anyway TehShyGuy. Maybe I'll try Babe's idea and do something like yoga.
  10. I too think you're a jerk, jerk. No offense and I don't mean to be so direct, but I think I've been in her position and she deserved much better.
  11. I've had a girlfriend who we brokeup with a year ago. I still haven't gotten over her and now I can't sleep. I keep thinking about her and there's always something on my mind when I try to sleep. Any advice to help me sleep better? I'm horribly isomnic. Should I take sleeping pills? Meditate? Apply a vulcan death grip on myself and be knocked unconscious? Please suggest anything.
  12. Hi hopeful_heart. I'm Peter. You have an interesting predicament here and unfortunately I can't help. I have never been in this experience before and don't know what would be the best situation to deal with this. But if I am to try to help I would suggest talking to this ex-wife and explain to her you mean no bad intentions. What the ex-wife has done to influence his daughter to become this way is purely wrong. I think she has been exploited and turned into a tool to split you two up and that is really wrong.
  13. Well who knows? Maybe you're right. Maybe you're wrong. Anything can happen. Let's hope for my sake that something good happens to me. I'll keep an open mind 'till then.
  14. I'm sure you mean well and am sincere in your comments. But I am still not into it and am not convinced that Christianity is real. P.S. Your font is bright. It hurts my eyes!
  15. If by "fresh" you mean "hot" I suggest you get emotional as well as you two are physical. Take her out more often and have fun. Maybe a day in the park or a night out. Even staying in after school studying something. Because relationships can't be supported by physical things like what you two are doing.
