  1. Yes, you can have a dry orgasm. Are you on any meds? They can relax a tiny muscle in your bladder that directs the semen into the bladder instead of the penis. Also that muscle can become damaged if you had any bladder infections or STDs. Or the passageway is just very narrow. It makes sense that a really big orgasm might force semen through either the passageway or the muscle while regular orgasm don't. Younger guys (and girls) don't know about this problem because it usually happens with people in later life, especially with those who have diabetes or take blood pressure medicine or muscle relaxers.
