Covert Persuasion.......This would be the third book on this subject I have read, and so far it is the best one. The other two are........ Bargain for advantage(It's a really broad book that didn't seem to give insight into a person) But it does seem to cover the basics better than any other book. No: The Only Negotiating System You Need for Work and Home No----> is a very long book with little insights, but insights are there, so I liked it. Bargain for advantage just didn't seem to have a human side to it. All these books are very business oriented, and while they say that they can be used for both, it just isn't as usablbe in a relationship as they make it out to be.

This is the story of a girl who makes a mistake. The girl meets a boy who she deeply loves, and the boy loves her just the same. But she is new to the world of love and does not know how to keep it. The boy knows this, for he is nearly a man, and has been through the mistakes it takes to learn how to keep that love. He knows that this knowledge is not something that can be told and learned, but must be felt and learned. So he sits back and he waits. This boy enjoys his time with the girl, doing everything he can to build the relationship. He is successful as the girl feels better than she ever has. But one day the girl has a doubt, she starts to build a picture in her head that things could be better, that she can find someone better, or do whatever she wants with whoever she wants and have no consequence. She feels like there is no limit to the high so she plays with temptation. She soon cheats on the boy, and as the boy had been prepared to do he leaves her. The girl feels fine at first, but as the days pass she realizes how bad it really is. She remembers the joy she felt, and decides to try and get back the boy with the promise that she will never hurt that boy again. She goes to the boy and pleads with him to take her back, she tells him that her days of hurting him will never happen again. The boy still loves her, and he believes that she is sincere in her words. But the boy knows that there is a difference between believing what you say and meaning what you say. The boy does not take the girl back, for he is certain that the girl does not know the truth behind her words. The boy leaves, and never again does she hurt him, never again does she try to hurt anyone for that matter. So the story goes of the boy and the girl who fell in love, but never made it. The years go by and the girl after being true and honest for many years finally finds someone who makes her feel as good, if not a little better than the boy did. The boy does the same, as he was sure he would. One day the boy and the girl meet each other at random in a coffee shop. They talk for a moment, and give each other a look of sadness, for they know that something good was broken, and can never be gotten back. The days and the nights fill their life with joy, and although the girl is saddened by what she went through, she knew that the boy had acted in the most loving way possible, and made her become the woman she is today. END: Because you Because these things in life are so important. Sometimes learning is so important. Because you decide why you do it. Others do not decide for you. So the story goes

48 laws of power. Prolly the best book on social strategies I've ever read. Always welcome recommendations for better books on social strategies though.

It's about finding the love of your life..............

I am the dreamer. I think of you and only you. I dream of others because thats the only way they could compare. I dream of how you made me feel. I dream of finding you again. I do martial arts, but my school is not like most other schools in the since that they wish to change your mind to allow you to think of possibilities outside of you. They wish for you to be able to defend yourself in any situation, not necessarily just physical. I believe that many schools just teach physical condition along with a lot of physical defense/offense. Well I made a type of poem that I hope will help people see where I am coming from. please let me know what you think, and ask questions if you have any. What if I told you that some one was after you. Forget about who, or why. What if I were to tell you that someone was after you. What would you do? You don't know why, and you don't particularly know what they want from you. All you know is that they want to stop you from doing whatever it is you are doing. You know this to be truth, and you know I am not lying to you. What would you do? Do not let your ego get in the way, these people are smarter than you. Don't let anything you know get in the way of seeing. The angrier you get, the happier you get, the longer you think you know and they don't, the easier it will be for them to get you. You need to let go of that. Everything holds you back, so the less you have the more you have. Think about it.

I agree with ghost69 here, there so many types of smart that to put a freagin number on it is retarded. Like if someone is a genus(Number) but does have the capacity to run a Burger King, does that make them stupid? Or if the GM of an old navy store that makes 65K a year can't pass college level math classes so they can get there bachelors and move up in the company make them stupid? It is all relative.

You know that is more what I meant. know what must be there, but don't turn your back to someone just because you think they have to be this perfect icon/trophy that meets your every need.

I do see your point, but only allowing yourself to go out with people who meet a rigid criteria of what you think they should be a partner will definitely hold you back. I'm not saying that you should say next to any wanna be hitler that asks you out, but just because they don't have a great since of humor, or perhaps aren't tall and strong mean that they get a no as well. Certain issues like kids and religion should be of the same concerns for the both of, but not everything must match. I mean are we really starting to believe tat opposites don't attract?

My ego is big, and my ego is small. My ego is now gone, it is not there, But my ego is always there. It stares at me, angry for being exiled. It rages on and on, with nothing left to say and nothing left to do, But rage... It is here with me now Fearing and tearing at the thought that I spend my Waking moments plotting its death. So my ego plots back. My ego looks for wholes and half truths to combat my every move. But I know better, so much better. My thinking is done now and it has learned too much to go back. And yet some how my ego still does not know and does not see. It just sits there with its ego. Now that is okay, because we all do what we are meant to do. But I was meant to do something else that requires no ego, So for my own selfish reasons I banished him, and for that I am free, And doomed all at the same time. But once again that is okay, because for me to be free, and see is absolutely the best way to be.
