CHARLOTTE WOOLSEY

I have a 16-1/2 old son who was using and stealing, the court has placed him in rehab for the last year,, I love this child deeply and don't know how to help him, he doesn't seem to want to stop using, keeps relapsing, and now the judge will probably try and keep him where he is instead of releasing him. Should we move so he can have a fresh start please help me.
