  1. I know I have more muscle mass now than when I was 190 . I lost my weight from eathing healthy , lifting and cardio . It didn't take to long to loose that weight though .

  3. I mostly want to gain muscle mass and reach the 190 LBS because it's a goal that I placed infront of me . The first step I took was loosing all that fat around my body . The next is to increase my muscle Mass . Thanks for all the replies . I though of them as being jellous , but I don't see my father and brother to be the jellous types . Yesterday I went to some reletatives houses and my family decided to come along with me as well . As soon as I came out of my car my brother says " why do you look so thin ? " . 1 minute later my father see me and say " why are you so thin along with some other rude comments ". Well that just set me off . After all that working try to loose that fat around my body then to have them constantly tell me that I'm to thin made me snapped . It's possible that he's jellous . I'm always trying to get him to join the rest of the family with lifting weights but he always refuses ( I managed to get my mother serious about lifting weights and being overall health . She's pretty happy with it since she's lost about 10 LBS since I got her into it ) .
  4. Just looking for some opinions . Just a little background . I'm 25 right now . West Indian guy from the Caribbean . I started off at 190LBS, 6 feet tall . Used to wear size 40 pants . I used to go for that whole baggie pant big shirt style . I started lifting weights a while back and managed to drop down to 160 lbs . Now i'm not extremly well build but I'm getting there ( goal will be 190 lbs without much fat and mostly muscle ) . Right now I hardly have any fat on my body , aside from a bit on my stomach . So I'm 160 lbs with some muscle and hardly any fat (you can't see my bones , I have muscle covering it , especially on my chest and arms and upper legs ) . I now wear a size 30-32 pants . . . but I'm still a fairly thin guy slowly getting more muscular. I changed my style and instead go for fitted clothes . I usually have a t-shirt with the dress shirt over it for my upper body . For the lower body it's a dress pant if I'm at work or semi-baggy jeans pants . I also have some rings , chains etc . When I was fat I was told that I was " to fat by my brother (who's fat and wears very baggy clothes - that whole gangsta look - " and father ( who's fairly thin but has a large stomach ) and a few others " . Now that I'm thin I'm being told that I'm " to thin " by my brother and father " and a few others as well . My brother and father are constantly on my case about it saying I'm to thin . My goal is to become 190lbs mostly muscle . Ofcourse this takes time . I try to explain that to them but they don't see to understand . Now I'm sure I can easily gain all that fat back if I wanted to . I don't want to gain muscle AND fat . That defeats the purpose ( I know it's diffucult to not gain fat while you're gaining muscle when you're lifting weights ) . Now , since I've lost all that weight I get the follow comments by females " Wow ! Look at how tall you are . How tall are you anyways ? Howmuch do you weigh ? You look good etc . " I never got those comments when I was fat so I must be doing something right ! My Questions are: 1) What's with those two always giving me a hard time ? I know most people from the Caribbean tend to go towards that " wearing big baggy clothes " style . I think they were raised believing that males should not be thin but rather big ( even if that means FAT ) . In My Opinion I rather be thin and semi-muscular than fat . 2) Which do you peffer ? Thin and Tall or big and fat .
  5. I would say brush every morning and night and floss every night . This should be the minimum . Mouth Wash is good also . The best is "listerine ( the mint flavor is best IMO ) .
  6. I think you're suposed to take it for around 2 months stright then come of it for about a month then back on it again for 2 months . I took it for about 1 month stright . I'm off it right now . Back on the whey protein for a month then I'll give the cretin a shot for 2 months stright . The cretin bulked me up a bit but on top of that it also increased my fat % ( mostly because of the muscle juice I think - all that sugar - ) . Now I'm back on a low fat, lower carb , high protein plan for a while .
  7. haha . . . i know . Two of my female friends said " OMG that's steroids , be careful " , It was good for a laugh . It's funny . . . the uneducated comments you get from people sometimes .
  8. here's an updated on the creatin/muscle juice i've been taking. I've been using this for a total of 1 month and it really does work. I see a fairly large increase in mussle size. ( I would say it's almost twice as effective as the whey protein that I was using ) . I take 5 grams creatin in the morning and 5 grams creatin later in the afternoon. I do not feel any major negative side effects from using the creatin/muscle juice except for a slight increase in body fat ( I think the muscle juice causes this since it contains fat and sugar ) and some constipation during the first week or so . I also did some research and did not see any proven negaive side effects ( or any proven muscle gain ) when using creatin . Of course , you will get the average person saying that it's dangrous , it's steroids ( after much research I've come to the conclusion that it's not steroids )
  9. Are you still interested in her ? In My Opinion you should forget about her . From what you have told us here she very unfaithful, and she's addicted to attention . Ahhhh ! ! ! If you're not interested then make yourself VERY VERY busy . Start seeing other people , go out with friends , learn a new language , update your stamp collection . . . the point is, become a busy guy . Let her send you emails or what not . If she calls you then, then tell her straight out "I'm sorry xxx but you are not the type of person I originally though you were . I'm not interested in pursuing a relationship of any kind with you" . That's all . Simple and sweet ! Good luck !
  10. Well the way I see it . We know you want to be with this girl right ? ? ? ( not sure if that's a good idea but we can't really fight these feelings right away anyways ) Now . . . do we know if SHE really wants to be with you ? ? ? It kind of sounds like she craves attention ! I have learnt that the best approach for girls like this is NC . Lets see what she does next . Let her contact you, send you pictures blah blah blah . Stay calm . Don't let her know that you still have feelings for her . Just stay calm and give that no contact a try . What an odd girl ! But . . . . if I were in your situation I would simply avoid her like some deadly flesh eating bacteria of some sort !
  11. She was dishonest with you AND Mr . Greece . Do you hear the sirens ? Do you see the red light at the corner of your eyes . . . She's wrong ! Leave her ! Don't have any contact with her .
