I have been doing the NC for a few months. last week end at our church we had a get together, after that we went to a moive. this past sunday I went to church in months, because of the NC. the ex an I set togehter,after church we went to lunch, then we went to the mall an hung out for a while. then I made the big mistake of crying an begging for her to come back. I just lost it so bad. well I sent a few e-mails, in one she said that she would think about it. then in the next one she more are less said to move on. well to I said screw it an I called her an just ask for lunch. the converstion was like pulling teeth. I stayed calm an kept trying to talk to her, but like said you could tell the she did not want to talk. I know that I messed up by begging on sunday. an I am going to start the NC for a few days. here is the dilemma, I want to keep going to church, an she will be there. how should I handle this. help advice please!
